New Customers within the United States and Canada:

If this is your first time ordering with RNA Medical, please have your completed credit application, W-9 (if within the United States) and Purchase Order faxed to our Customer Service Department at:
978-772-9071.

New Customers outside the United States or Canada:

Please email us if you are a new customer and would like to place an order or request product information. Provide your request along with the following information, and email to: customerservice@rnamedical.com

Note: For new customers outside of the United States and Canada, prepayment by wire transfer or credit card is required for all first time orders.

A hard copy of your Purchase Order is required for order processing. Please fax your order to: 978-772-9071 or email to: customerservice@rnamedical.com
